By placing an order with Caked, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure clear communication and the best experience for everyone.

Placing an Order

All cake orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Orders are not confirmed until a deposit/payment is received.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% or full payment is required to secure your order and event date. The remaining balance (if any) is due at pickup. No cakes will be released without full payment.

Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.

• Design or size changes must be requested no later than 5 days before pickup and are subject to availability and additional charges.

Design & Custom Work

Custom cakes are handcrafted and may vary slightly from inspiration photos. Exact color matches, textures, and decorative details cannot be guaranteed. This artistic variation is not considered a defect.

Allergies & Dietary Requests

While we do our best to accommodate dietary requests, our kitchen is not allergen-free. We cannot guarantee cakes are free from cross-contamination.

Pickup & Delivery

Cakes must be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage due to handling, transport, weather, or improper storage. 

* Delivery is non-refundable once completed.

Serving & Storage

Customer is responsible for proper storage. We are not liable for damage caused by heat, humidity, or refrigeration issues.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our cakes, no refunds will be issued once production has begun.
